Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading original web design for multiple clients.
• Experience participating in UX decision-making on website projects, evaluating options, and making recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI direction for mission-driven websites.
• Design interactive report microsites, editorial sites, and large organizational sites; contribute to design systems.
• Collaborate with UX strategists, content strategists, designers, developers, and client teams.
• Audit existing sites and share recommendations across UX, UI, visual design, and content.
• Create a UI Kit and design system; coordinate with front-end developers on implementation.
