CBX. A BRAND AGENCY is seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead day-to-day management of large client businesses and multiple initiatives, connecting client objectives with strategic and creative outcomes.

You will own senior client relationships, translate objectives into briefs and timelines, and work across strategy, creative, production, and program management to protect the relationship and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client services or account management in branding or creative agencies.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and present recommendations with clarity.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and the creative development process from discovery through production.
• Experience with scoping, budgeting, forecasting, utilization, profitability, billing, and overall account health.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, judgement, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day senior client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary connection across client, strategy, creative, production, and program management teams.
• Lead engagements from briefing through implementation, translating business objectives, client feedback, and strategic direction into briefs, decisions, timelines, and next steps.
• Provide a well-informed point of view on brand strategy, audiences, category dynamics, culture, trends, and competitive context to strengthen client recommendations and creative work.
• Partner with creative and strategy leaders to assess readiness and quality of work, shape compelling presentations, and ensure solutions align with the brief and brand strategy.
• Manage account and project health, including scopes, proposals, budgets, forecasts, staffing needs, profitability, billing, reconciliations, receivables, and out-of-scope requests in partnership with Program Management and Finance.
• Anticipate risks, resolve issues early, and lead clear, constructive conversations that protect the client relationship, the work, the team, and CBX's commercial interests.
• Strengthen client partnerships and support organic growth by identifying unmet needs, developing opportunities, contributing to proposals and pitches, and mentoring Client Services team members.
