Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Vice President of Account Management to lead a portfolio of client relationships within our Asset Management Solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, ensuring delivery of Broadridge’s products and services while achieving client business goals.

The role requires deep knowledge of hedge funds and private credit operations, a proven track record in buy-side relationships, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of front/middle office operations of Hedge Funds and Private Credit managers.
• Minimum 15 years of buy side experience or account management experience.
• Closing and contract negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel (20%).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with executive sponsors and key partners across all areas of the firm.
• Monitor service delivery and health of account relationships, keep clients apprised of capabilities and be point of escalation.
• Prepare and execute annual client strategic plans; define goals and map a route to achieving them.
• Engage appropriate internal business segments and product sales teams.
