Job summary

Highbridge Capital Management is seeking a Middle Office Vice President to oversee trade management, financing and cash settlement for a multi-strategy fund. You will partner with the investment team and coordinate with Risk, Fund Controllers and Technology to ensure accurate P&L and timely settlements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Operations work experience, ideally with a multi-strategy hedge fund.
• Strong understanding of trading, capital markets and equity derivatives.
• Understanding of financing solutions for hedge funds.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily trade management and financing needs across the fund.
• Liaise with Risk, Fund Controllers and Technology for seamless operations.
• Coordinate trade settlements, confirmations and corporate actions.
• Assist in P&L recognition and data propagation across applications.
• Engage prime brokers to secure stock borrows and financing arrangements.
• Monitor cash and position reconciliations daily.
• Work with investment and operations teams on regulatory and compliance actions.
