Arvato in West Jordan, Utah seeks a Senior Client Operations Manager to serve as the on-site leader for our logistics site, combining end-to-end warehouse operations with client relationship management. You will steer a high-performing team, own P&L, and ensure delivery against SLAs while driving improvement across functions.

The role requires 7+ years in operations or account management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Excel and SAP.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum seven years of Operational or Account Management experience, with at least two years in a senior or lead role.
• Ability to lead with strong communication across client organizations and internal teams.
• Experience in high-pressure, problem-solving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and coaching.
• Serve as primary client contact and escalation point; build trusted relationships.
• Own full P&L accountability; monitor costs and prepare change proposals.
• Drive daily operations against SLAs; manage scheduling, reporting, and forecasting.
• Lead business review preparation and execution; report trends and outlook.
• Identify and drive process improvements; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain alignment with internal stakeholders across functions.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and 5S standards onsite.
