Job summary

The role requires leading a high-performing onsite team, managing client relationships, and overseeing full P&L accountability with a focus on cost control and process improvements. Strong SAP and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum seven years of operational or account management experience, with at least two years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to interact across levels and functions.
• Ability to work in a demanding, problem-solving-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
• Experience in supply chain or logistics environments preferred.
• High-pressure, fast-moving environment suitability.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing onsite team and own hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Serve as the primary client contact and escalation point, building trusted relationships at all levels.
• Own full P&L accountability and monitor financial performance against budget.
• Drive day-to-day operations against SLAs and manage reporting, scheduling, and invoicing.
• Lead business reviews (MBR/QBR) and drive action logs to closure.
• Identify and drive process improvements and coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Maintain alignment with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, IT and the client.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and 5S standards onsite.
