Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the client operations team by fostering continuous improvement and excellence, aligning with BNY's principles.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery using best practices and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as the point of contact for key clients, addressing needs and coordinating with product/engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining high standards of operational integrity and risk management.
