Job summary

Loomis Sayles is seeking a Senior Client Onboarding Specialist to deliver a high-quality onboarding experience for institutional and retail clients. You will work with internal partners to ensure AML/KYC reviews are completed accurately and timely, supporting a smooth intake process and strong client relationships.

Hybrid schedule with two days remote and three days in the office, offering a comprehensive benefits package and eligibility for an annual incentive based on performance.

Qualifications

• AML/KYC processes experience preferred.
• Onboarding and client service experience is required.
• Strong communication and relationship skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove, end-to-end onboarding for new clients.
• Coordinate with Sales, Relationship Management, Legal & Compliance, and Operations.
• Maintain accurate onboarding information across internal systems.
• Review investment agreements, AML/KYC, and due diligence for accounts.
• Coordinate transfers, amendments and changes to accounts.
• Manage Markit uploads and Bloomberg LEI updates.
