• Experience in client onboarding and managing a team.
• Familiarity with investment advisory agreements and account opening documentation.
• Knowledge of Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
• Proficiency in setting up client accounts and maintaining client documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client onboarding team and perform hands-on client onboarding work.
• Coordinate onboarding and account opening for a range of clients.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for new clients and Investment Teams.
• Prepare investment advisory agreements and associated account opening documentation.
• Review client account structures and KYC documentation.
• Ensure AML regulations are followed.
• Set up internal accounts and log client information.
• Facilitate third-party account setup (custodian, brokerage).
• Maintain and log all client documentation.
• Ensure seamless hand-off to Client Service after account opening.
• Work with Portfolio Reporting to coordinate client reporting needs.
• Drive excellence in operations and client service across Institutional and Private clients.
• Manage operations communication with clients and counterparties externally.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on client relationships.
• Maintain onboarding checklist, KPI dashboard, and database updates.
• Respond to RFP inquiries from prospective clients.
• Assist in creating materials for client meetings.
• Assist in populating internal client information databases.
