Job summary

Quiddity is seeking a Land Development Senior Project Manager to lead client relationships and deliver complex residential and mixed-use projects in Central Texas, focusing on San Antonio and New Braunfels. You will guide projects from concept through construction and help grow our Texas practice.

The role emphasizes building long-term client partnerships, strategic guidance, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Requires Civil Engineer with a PE license.
9+ years of experience managing residential land development projects; commercial experience a plus.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and manage from planning through construction.
Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary client contact and build long-term relationships with developers, builders, municipalities, and stakeholders.
Lead planning, design, and delivery of residential and mixed-use land development projects from concept through construction.
Manage scope, schedule, budget and client expectations with high-quality delivery.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective client relationships.
Mentor multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate staffing with leadership.
