The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with over 5 years of experience in civil design, particularly in land development and urban infrastructure. This position offers a competitive compensation package and a focus on a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil design experience focused on land development and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas.
• Strong knowledge of permitting processes and design regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and design of multiple land development projects.
• Lead and coordinate project teams working on simultaneous assignments.
• Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, and proposals.
