Job summary

Quiddity seeks an experienced Land Development Senior Project Manager to lead client relationships and manage residential and mixed-use land development projects in Central Texas, including San Antonio and New Braunfels markets.

The role focuses on delivering complex projects, guiding teams, and pursuing new opportunities while representing the firm with clients and leadership. Collaboration and growth are core to this position.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineering license.
• 9+ years of experience managing residential land development projects; commercial land development experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience managing projects from planning and design through construction.
• Demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing project team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary client contact and build strong, long-term relationships with developers, builders, municipalities, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of residential and mixed-use land development projects from initial concept through construction.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and overall client expectations while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective client relationships.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, proposals, interviews, and other business development activities.
• Develop a strong understanding of client goals and provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary project team, including PEs, EITs, CAD professionals, and project administrative staff.
• Coordinate with internal teams and leadership to ensure projects are properly staffed, resourced, and positioned for success.
• Support the growth of Quiddity’s Central Texas land development practice through client development, market relationships, and strategic project pursuits.
• Represent Quiddity in the marketplace and actively contribute to the firm’s reputation and continued growth.
