Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of civil design experience focusing on land development.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
• Strong knowledge of city, county, and utility project standards and permitting.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with insurable record.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office; familiarity with MicroStation or OpenRoads Designer is a plus.
• Client-focused leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering methods to moderately complex assignments.
• Plan and design multiple land development projects and coordinate with clients.
• Lead project teams across various stages.
• Participate in client design meetings and nurture relationships.
• Perform field activities such as inspections and site reviews.
• Oversee deliverables to ensure quality, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, and proposals.
• Collaborate with senior staff to grow client relationships and business development.
