Job summary

Quiddity in Central Texas seeks a motivated Design Engineer with land development experience to join our civil team. You will contribute to grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design while preparing plans, specifications, and reports with guidance from senior staff.

Work with internal teams, subconsultants, and permitting agencies, attend project meetings, and assist in mentoring junior engineers and CAD designers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
  • 2–5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in land or site development.
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required.
  • Actively pursuing Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the state of Texas.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiar with local (Texas) development standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
