Marsh McLennan Agency in Greensboro seeks a Senior Client Manager on the Business Insurance team. You will manage client relationships, deliver coverage analyses, and negotiate with carriers to drive growth while mentoring Client Service Associates.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in Business Insurance, a P&C license, and relevant designations; a commitment to exceptional service and collaboration in a Hybrid workplace is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Insurance.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain in 90 days).
• Insurance designations (e.g., INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.

Responsibilities

A day in the life.

As our Senior Client Manager on the Business Insurance team, you will manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth. Providing coverage analysis, risk management recommendations, negotiating coverage and pricing with carriers, preparing proposals, and resolving billing issues will be part of your day-to-day. You will also mentor our Client Service Associates by developing their policy-checking skills and coverage knowledge.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Insurance
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain in 90 days of employment)
• Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience using EPIC
• Experience working with Trucking clients and Captives a plus!
• Working towards CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and ability.
