Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Senior Business Insurance Client Manager in Alpharetta, GA. You will direct client teams, drive renewal strategies, and manage complex client relationships with leadership across client organizations.

You will negotiate renewals, prepare proposals, and coordinate with product, loss control, and claims teams to deliver value to clients. Strong communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced degree and professional designations are a plus.
• Strong book-of-business management and client-service skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Team on renewal strategy meetings and deliverables.
• Negotiate renewals and prepare proposals and submissions.
• Present client strategies and outcomes to executives and clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across leadership levels.
