Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a senior, client-facing implementation and relationship management professional. You will lead a portfolio of complex corporate and financial institution implementations, coordinating Sales, Product, Client Service, Operations, Technology and Compliance to deliver value.

The role requires strong project oversight, stakeholder management, and a focus on timely, compliant delivery across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in client implementation, account opening, cash management and electronic banking.
• Experience leading cross-functional implementations is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of transaction banking products and policies.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead a portfolio of complex implementation projects from initiation to handover.
• Translate customer solutions into clear implementation plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Chair implementation sessions and provide concise updates to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Act as the principal client contact during implementations, managing expectations and training.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and ensure smooth delivery.
