United Overseas Bank Limited seeks a senior Network Compliance & Infrastructure Engineer to lead governance, security reviews, and audit responses. The role oversees asset lifecycle, network devices, and telecom cost management across a hybrid Central Region.

The candidate will manage IT audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive infrastructure hardening with a focus on risk management, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, CS, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in network operations, infrastructure support, IT governance, compliance, or information security.
• Experience managing IT audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments.
• Familiarity with network security controls, firewall management, and infrastructure hardening.

Responsabilités

• Audit & compliance management, including responses, evidence collection, remediation tracking; ensure timely closure of findings.
• Maintain documentation and compliance records for audits and reviews.
• Perform device hardening reviews and firewall rule reviews.
• Administer network support systems (TACACS+, Syslog, backup).
• Maintain accurate network asset inventory; track EOL/EOS dates.
• Manage monthly telco bill verification and vendor/service issues.
