Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues; support three-ring standard with live phones.
• Manage team performance processes and coach staff; partner with HR on recruitment, training, and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws; manage risk within the unit.
• Assist clients with banking transactions and product referrals to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc.
