Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects in person and by phone, resolving inquiries and issues.
• Handle banking transactions and support new account opening while following security and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures and laws.
• Assist Office Leader and develop team members, if applicable.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, or Treasury Management as appropriate.
