Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone.
• Respond to client inquiries and satisfactorily resolve client issues; support three-ring standard.
• Open new accounts and process new account paperwork; verify client credentials and documentation.
• Assist clients with banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, balances) and office capture duties.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and all applicable regulations; monitor reports for operational excellence.
• Refer clients to other specialty areas such as Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management as appropriate.
• Support Office Leader and team to ensure delivery of distinctive service.
