Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in government technology, grants management, federally funded programs, or related regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own executive relationship and strategic partnership with assigned book of 8–10 enterprise clients.
• Lead post‑sale pricing conversations and renewals, targeting expansion and profitability.
• Coordinate engagement delivery with Client Operations and Implementation pods.
• Drive revenue outcomes including retention and expansion through strategic oversight.
• Engage in pre‑sales and executive engagements during proposal and contracting phases.
