Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive event management experience.
• Extensive experience with external, client-facing events.
• Experience managing large-scale, high-profile or destination events.
• Ability to independently manage events from concept to execution and follow-up.
• Strong strategic mindset aligned with client engagement and marketing objectives.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and advising on event approach.
• Budget, vendor, venue and project management experience.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of client events.
• Collaborate with marketing and senior stakeholders to define objectives.
• Oversee budgets, vendors, venues and timelines.
