Job summary

San Francisco Giants are seeking a Senior Client Services Manager to lead high-touch events from planning through reconciliation. You will partner with Sales, Operations and Finance, owning budgets and guest experiences for events exceeding 1,000 attendees at Oracle Park and surrounding venues.

You will serve as the primary client contact, translate goals into clear event plans, build internal and external relationships and manage on-site execution with discretion and urgency.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in event management, client services or hospitality, with ownership of complex events.
• Proven experience managing high-touch, large scale events (>1,000 attendees) at a stadium, arena, or similar venue preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills for budgets, forecasts and cost sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-touch events from planning through reconciliation.
• Serve as primary client contact and translate goals into actionable event plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Catering, Finance and other teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Own events with 1,000+ attendees including guest experience, staffing and vendor coordination.
• Develop and track detailed event budgets and cost reports; reconcile variances.
