Sentinel Blue is hiring a Senior Client Engineer for our Operations team. This role is a senior, client-facing engineer who acts as a trusted technology advisor across Sentinel Blue's client portfolio.

This full-time, fully remote position sits within the Operations team and demands the ability to assess client environments, align goals, and provide clear, actionable guidance, including reviewing configurations and evaluating vendor proposals.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of client-facing cloud infrastructure, IT consulting, or advisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID.
• Ability to assess unfamiliar technology platforms and produce actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST 800-171, or CIS Controls.
• CompTIA Security+ required within 6 months of hire.

Mansioni

• Serve as the senior technology point of contact for assigned clients, owning the relationship at the strategic level.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, investments, and needs.
• Translate technical topics into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders and executives.
• Represent Sentinel Blue on client calls with credibility and consultative approach.
• Engage clients on requests outside standard managed service scope and assist with vendor proposals and evaluations.
• Deploy and troubleshoot infrastructure and applications as part of client engagements.
• Provide guidance aligned with security and compliance frameworks applicable to the client context.
• Produce client-facing deliverables including assessments, roadmaps, and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to route client needs to the right delivery function.
