Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned client advisory leader to maximise value for major clients using nPlan. You will own complex client relationships, resolve schedule-risk escalations, and define product configurations for demanding clients.

The role augments strategic projects, guides AI-enabled adoption, and mentors client teams while coordinating with commercial leadership. The successful candidate will partner with product and AI engineers, shaping prototypes, standards, and domain expertise within

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a planning, risk, PMO, or project management role on major construction projects.
• Track record of owning complex schedule-risk problems end-to-end.
• Deep understanding of large construction schedules, including P6, how they are built, and how to analyse them.
• Demonstrable experience leading and delivering strategic projects that significantly improve organisational outcomes.
• Credibility to influence senior client stakeholders directly.
• Experience mentoring or upskilling planning, risk, or project controls professionals.
• Passion for implementing technology to improve the construction industry.

Responsibilities
