Job summary

Medallion is seeking a dynamic Senior Client Engagement Manager to serve as the primary partner between Medallion and key customers. You will be the strategic post-sale leader for a portfolio of healthcare accounts where provider operations impact revenue, compliance, and patient care.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with Implementation, Operations, GTM, Product, and Engineering to deliver measurable outcomes, align stakeholders, and realize long-term value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, engagement management, or client consulting, ideally supporting enterprise customers.
• Over 3 years owning client relationships in a SaaS startup environment, in fast-moving settings.
• Proven ability to drive engagement across a portfolio of accounts using data insights, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
• Experience owning escalations and project risk end-to-end across technical, business, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise healthcare accounts with stakeholders.
• Lead large-scale client initiatives end to end, with timelines and resources.
• Partner cross-functionally with Implementation, Operations, GTM, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Analyze workflows to surface inefficiencies and implement improvements.
