Job summary

ASM Tech Solutions LLC is seeking a Client Accounting Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients, including nonprofits, with emphasis on CAS and outsourced accounting.

You will manage monthly closes, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and team guidance, while working remotely across the USA.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAS or outsourced accounting.
• Strong QuickBooks Online (QBO) expertise.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and guide team members.
• Nonprofit accounting experience is a plus.
• Must be eligible for US W2 employment.
• Must be available to work approximately 8 AM-3 PM Pacific Time.
