Client Controller
The ideal Client Controller has a strong foundation in U.S. client accounting and is ready to own smaller client relationships, process payroll, review accounting work, and help clients understand their financial results. They combine reliable execution with curiosity, practical judgment, and a willingness to investigate when something does not make sense.
We are recruiting primarily in Latin America. This individual should be capable of performing Controller-level work after a structured onboarding period and have the potential to develop into a Specialist supporting more complex clients and FP&A. We want to see evidence of ownership, sound reasoning, clear English communication, and a strong desire to develop your skills further.

- Client Communication: Clearly explains what happened, why it matters, what still needs to be done, and what happens next.
- Workflow Discipline: Manages multiple clients, reviews others' work, meets commitments, and identifies and resolves issues early before they escape.
- Learning & Improvement: Applies feedback to future assignments and improves processes after understanding the existing approach.
