Job summary

Beacon Bank seeks a Client Communications Manager to lead client-facing communications across digital, print, in-branch and other channels. You will partner with Communications, Product Management, Operations, Digital, Compliance and business teams to craft timely, relevant, and compliant messaging throughout the client lifecycle.

The AVP role requires 5–7 years in marketing or client communications, strong writing and project management skills, and the ability to balance regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in marketing, communications, email marketing or client communications.
• Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated client communications across digital, print, in-branch and other channels.
• Serve as the primary contact for client communications, providing messaging guidance and distribution planning.
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure regulatory and policy alignment of communications.
• Create email marketing campaigns and client journeys to improve onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
