Qualifications

• Experience in home health or senior care preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Comfortable using multiple digital systems and apps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and interview prospective caregivers.
• Conduct telephone intakes with clients and families.
• Perform initial home visits to explain services and complete agreements.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with care.
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records per regulations.
• Help identify suitable caregiver matches based on client needs.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and team.
