Job summary

Game Seven Agency, an Excel Sports Management Company, is seeking a Senior Account Coordinator to drive day-to-day client work, own timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams. You will represent the team with clarity and professionalism, building autonomy and strategic awareness for future leadership roles.

The role offers exposure to sponsorship strategy, campaign development, and financial tracking, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and influence profitability.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in an agency, sponsorship, sports marketing, or related client-service environment.
• Experience supporting day-to-day partnership or campaign execution.
• Exposure to client communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets and Slides).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent point of contact for day-to-day client communications, ensuring responsiveness and clarity.
• Lead status calls and internal check-ins, preparing agendas and tracking action items.
• Build and maintain client trackers, toolkits, and summaries for transparency and efficiency.
• Support the development of client presentations and materials with strategic alignment.
• Contribute research, category analysis, and competitive insights to inform recommendations.
• Develop and maintain project timelines across workstreams and identify risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, production, finance, and partners.
• Support scope documentation and staffing coordination with senior team members.
• Monitor deliverables and workflows for integrated campaign execution.
• Assist in planning partnership activations and key milestones.
• Track budgets, reconcile expenses, and support financial documentation.
