Qualifications

• 4–6 years in a creative or digital agency environment.
• Experience managing digital, social, or content workflows from brief through delivery.
• Experience communicating with clients and translating needs into actionable plans.
• Exposure to scope development, staffing, budgets, and project financial management.
• Experience coordinating with external partners such as talent, creators, platforms, or production partners.
• Mentoring junior team members is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital, social, and content projects from brief through delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are aligned.
• Translate briefs into detailed project plans, timelines, asset matrices, and next steps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Social, Strategy, Creative, Design, Content Production, Talent, and Media.
• Maintain content calendars and trackers across platforms with asset requirements and deadlines.
• Drive creative development workflows from briefing to final delivery and approvals.
• Track dependencies and risks, flag issues early and propose solutions.
• Maintain clear review and approval processes to minimize delays.
