Qualifications

• Experience in an agency or sponsorship environment.
• Exposure to client communications and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets/Slides).
• Ability to lead portions of client discussions and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent point of contact for day-to-day client communications.
• Lead status calls, prepare agendas, track items and ensure accountability.
• Develop and maintain client trackers, toolkits, and summaries for transparency.
• Support creation of client presentations and materials and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Track budgets, reconcile expenses, and provide updates on project status.
