Job summary

Confidential in New York seeks an experienced Client Advisory professional to support long-only separate account clients and act as a product specialist for U.S. products. You will assist with investor meetings, prepare reports, and deliver data-driven insights to guide product positioning.

The role requires 7–9 years in client service for institutional/intermediary clients, excellent MS Office skills, and a proactive, collaborative attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client advisory and supporting institutional/intermediary clients.
• 7–9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisory and Sales teams on diverse projects (presentations, letters, analyses).
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting and respond to investor inquiries.
• Conduct data analysis to provide insights on asset classes and product positioning.
• Assist with RFP/RFI processes and due diligence materials.
