This individual will serve as an integral member of the client advisory team with a primary focus on supporting the firm’s long-only separate account clients and a secondary focus on serving as a product specialist for the firm’s U.S. products. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated interest in and ability to complete the full range of investor relations functions and will also exhibit an interest and ability to manage and cultivate client and consultant relationships. The successful candidate will require extremely strong qualitative and quantitative skills. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Assist other members of the firm’s internal Client Advisory and Sales team on a wide variety of projects, to include but not be limited to:
- creating presentations,
- assisting with monthly or quarterly letters/commentaries,
- performing competitor analysis,
- setting up and comprehensively preparing for existing and prospective investor meetings and calls, and proactively following up in a precise, timely, and professional fashion.
- Prepare regularly scheduled monthly and quarterly reporting, and take the lead on responding to ad hoc investor inquiries
- Perform detailed data analysis to provide unique perspectives on relevant asset classes and the firm’s product positioning
- Participate and provide input in the RFI and RFP process and help develop a more streamlined, efficient, and scalable process to address these questionnaires
- Provide support in the production of due diligence materials
- Assist in preparing product reviews for senior management and marketers
- Process client inflows, outflows, and guideline changes
- Assist in managing contacts and sales notes in the firm’s CRM System
- Onboard new clients
- Serve as the product champion/specialist for the assigned product.

Background/Professional Requirements:
- CFA/MBA is preferred
- 7-9 years of relevant experience required
- Previous experience in a client service position actively supporting institutional and intermediary clients.
