Citi in Tokyo seeks a Vice President, Client Executive, Services to manage strategic client relationships within Investor Services. You will lead senior engagement with clients, work with Product, Technology, and Operations to develop solutions, and defend revenue by delivering exceptional service and value.

The role requires deep client insight, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to service quality and growth opportunities across the client base.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in the financial services industry.
• 10 years experience in managing client relationships.
• Experience with Securities Services and strong background on Securities Services process and product knowledge.
• Proven experience successfully managing multi-million dollar relationships.

Responsabilités

• Build & maintain positive client relationships through active engagement and service excellence.
• Identify and understand client requirements across the Services value chain and propose improvements.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address issues before escalation.
• Become a Citi advocate, translating client needs to internal partners to deliver solutions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and manage incremental commercial opportunities through the deal lifecycle.
• Lead regular service reviews and actions to improve client satisfaction.
• Coordinate client participation in surveys and ensure follow-up actions.
