Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota seeks an experienced Client Advisor to lead service and retention for major and national accounts. You will build strong client partnerships, advocate for customers, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure renewals, benefit setup, and readiness for new plan years.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related sales professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
• Overnight travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship and service lead for large employer health insurance accounts; build client partnerships and act as the customer's advocate.
• Coordinate across claims, enrollment, billing, IT, pharmacy, customer service, and other internal teams for renewals and benefit setup.
• Analyze account performance and drive profitability; monitor trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
