Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Client Accounts Specialist in Tampa to manage complex client accounts, drive collections activity, and support revenue realization efforts. You will liaise between clients, attorneys, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues and reduce aged receivables.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in collections/AR, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), and experience in legal or professional services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of collections, accounts receivable, client account management, or revenue cycle experience.
• Experience managing large account portfolios and resolving complex payment issues.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
• Strong communication skills with executives, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of billing, collections, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Legal collections or law firm experience.
• Professional services industry experience (legal, accounting, consulting, etc.).
• Experience with legal eBilling platforms such as BillBlast or similar systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience presenting collections analysis and recommendations to leadership teams.
