Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years in client accounting services at a public accounting firm.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online, Yardi, Bill.com, NetSuite, Expensify or similar software.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for clients, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on accounting principles, standards, and regulations; implement changes as needed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through automation.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and provide strategic financial advice to support growth.
