Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Client Accountant to manage full cycle accounting for multiple clients and projects in the Phoenix area. You will prepare financial reports, analyze accounts, and ensure compliance with internal controls while leveraging Yardi or MRI software.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle accounting and financial reporting for clients or projects.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages in compliance with internal controls.
• Communicate complex accounting issues to clients and management.
• Review fixed asset ledgers, depreciation, and rent calculations per client requirements.
• Support audits with documentation and information as requested.
• Coach and guide junior accountants and lead project teams as needed
