PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote renewable energy services to new and existing customers, including decision-makers and industry influencers.
- Research current and emerging markets to identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations based on findings.
- Analyze information on prospective clients and advise on engagement and pursuit strategies.
- Collaborate with strategic clients to identify, evaluate, and develop potential project opportunities. Assist in shaping financial models, schedules, logistics, and execution plans to align with client expectations.
- Lead the pursuit of qualified opportunities to secure project backlog and support organizational revenue goals.
- Communicate internally about upcoming opportunities and help create strategies for securing project awards.
- Work closely with the Capture Team, led by the Proposal Manager, to implement capture strategies and ensure follow-through on commitments made by account managers, senior leadership, and key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout all phases of project development, including identification, bidding, and contracting.
- Provide ongoing client and market feedback before, during, and after project execution to inform continuous improvement strategies.
- Maintain a strong professional network within the renewable energy industry.
- Actively participate in relevant industry groups and professional associations.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in the Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry; experience across multiple EPC functions is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Power Generation.

- Salary Range: $167,000 - $195,000 annually + generous bonus , based on experience, qualifications, and competencies
