Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager to lead high-level client engagements within the EPC sector. The role focuses on building profitable relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to craft value propositions and drive revenue growth.

You’ll partner with marketing and strategy to strengthen BV’s market position, manage complex deals, and ensure client satisfaction. Hybrid work options may be offered after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in EPC industry and selling to large oil and gas or energy companies.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans across multiple decision makers.
• Proven track record of managing long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement from identification to multi-solution captures.
• Maintain and align CRM tools with governance for accurate relationship tracking.
• Develop account strategy and value propositions with account teams.
• Generate and qualify sales and marketing leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy to enhance BV reputation and thought leadership.
• Ensure overall client satisfaction and conduct client surveys.
• Understand deal margins, risks, terms and conditions.
