The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with duties spanning SharePoint management, data accuracy, and collaboration with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED + typing coursework and 1 year of clerical experience.
• Ability to work in Google and Microsoft products; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Navigate between Google and Microsoft products to support renewals.
• Manage SharePoint folders to keep information up to date.
• Collaborate with Contracts Team to tag districts in databases.
• Update renewal quotes in ServiceNow for timely participation.
• Maintain CSLO Database and coordinate with internal/external parties.
• Support tuition payments and reimbursement processes for associated programs.
