Job summary

Broadcom Inc. in Fort Collins, CO seeks an Installation Technician (Level 4) to install semiconductor equipment and infrastructure within active cleanrooms. The role emphasizes HVAC, ducting, and sheet metal work, with flexibility toward related trades.

You will project-manage exhaust systems, collaborate with SCT team members, and ensure safety and cleanroom compliance during installations. A strong background in mechanical construction is valued.

Qualifications

• HVAC, sheet metal and ducting experience preferred; related trades also considered.
• Minimum 6+ years of mechanical/trade experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Exhaust duct systems: fabricate and install ductwork for proper airflow.
• Install semiconductor equipment and related systems in cleanrooms per specs.
• Collaborate with system owners to design and plan exhaust installations.
• Identify components and coordinate with vendors to maintain inventory.
• Prepare detailed work plans following safety and cleanroom protocols.
