Qualifications

• HVAC, sheet metal, and ducting experience preferred; related trades also considered.
• 6+ years of relevant mechanical, industrial, or trade experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, layout drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Prior cleanroom exposure in semiconductor or high-tech environments is advantageous.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Trade-related certifications or licenses (HVAC, Sheet Metal, Plumbing) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exhaust Duct Systems: fabricate, lay out, and install ductwork and exhaust systems to ensure proper airflow and ventilation.
• Equipment Installation: install semiconductor equipment and related systems in cleanrooms per specs.
• System Design & Collaboration: work with System Owners to design and execute exhaust installations per project specs.
• Inventory & Vendor Coordination: identify components and coordinate with vendors to order materials while maintaining stock.
• Pre-Task Planning & Safety: create detailed work plans and follow cleanroom protocols and safety guidelines.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: collaborate with SCT team, engineering staff, and contractors to deliver projects on schedule.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: diagnose and resolve installation issues while keeping a safe environment.
