ERG seeks a qualified candidate with strong management and communication skills, plus deep knowledge of Clean Air Act statutes, to lead air dispersion modeling and permitting work for federal, state, and commercial clients.

The role emphasizes mentoring, project leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders, using AERMOD/AERSCREEN and related EPA guidelines to ensure compliance and high-quality deliverables.

Formación

• Strong background in Clean Air Act statutes, regulations, and policy—permitting and enforcement.
• Experience with air dispersion modeling analyses using AERSCREEN/AERMOD.
• Experience drafting/ reviewing Clean Air permits and related documentation.
• Ability to mentor staff and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Perform, review, and evaluate air dispersion modeling analyses with AERSCREEN/AERMOD.
• Draft and review Clean Air permits (minor source, Title V, PSD, major nonattainment).
• Ensure compliance with SIP rules, EPA regulations, and policies.
• Review permits from State/local agencies for conformity and emissions.
• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple projects and teams.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders; prepare technical reports.
