The successful candidate will manage subrogation, coordinate with defense teams, and maintain strong communication with insureds, brokers, and principals. A proactive, detail-oriented professional with 5+ years in claims is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims experience, including ability to negotiate settlements and verify coverage.
• Knowledge of state regulations and fair claim practices.
• Licensing in states suitable for handling claims as required.

Responsibilities

• Adjust assigned claims within delegated authority and document decisions.
• Conduct timely investigations and determine coverage and indemnity.
• Manage reserves and negotiate settlements within policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Handle subrogation activities and coordinate with defense counsel when needed.
• Maintain complete, accurate claim files and communications with insureds and brokers.
