Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze new claim assignments of moderate to complex nature.
• Investigate and assess coverage and indemnity issues.
• Manage claims diary, reserves, and settlements within authority.
• Coordinate with defense counsel and subrogation where applicable.
• Ensure timely data reporting and regulatory compliance.
