Progressive Insurance is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to resolve injury claims, including complex and high-risk cases. You’ll consult with police, medical professionals, claimants, and others, using gathered information to determine coverage, liability, and total claim value.

This is a hybrid role with optional in-office days for meetings and training. You will address investigations, settlement discussions, and coordination of discovery tools as needed, while maintaining performance

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree
• Four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree
